Work performed for the above includes: incorporations, drafting
partnerships, buy/sell agreements and issuing stock.
ESTATE PLANNING CLIENTS
Represents individuals and couples, draft their estate planning
documents, including living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and complete vesting of assets.
PROBATE CLIENTS
Represents executors and administrators in probating assets,
including the sales of real property. Accomplished various
non-probate transfers and trust administrations.

Hiked up the top of Half Dome, Yosemite Park twice;
Won the Women's Yacht Racing Fleet s High Point Trophy for the year
(1989)
in my 33 foot sailboat Uforia; Gave birth at age 37, to an
active baby boy!

Obtained Tax Exempt (Non-Profit) status for many corporations;
Incorporated a new business that increased its sales to $10 million
per year;
